A Bit About Me
I'm Katie Axelarris, MS in Exercise Science, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Running Coach. My graduate research is a systematic review and meta-analysis comparing the effectiveness of different modes of exercise in helping women maintain muscle mass and limit fat gain
through the menopause transition.
I also coach heavy lifting to Athletes of Aging at Greysteel Strength and Conditioning in Farmington, MI.
I am developing comprehensive, evidence-based and customized exercise programs and educational content designed to support the unique needs of women,
helping you stay strong, capable and healthy through every stage of midlife and beyond.
